Five Tibetans #5 in Somatic Body Mind Spirit Integration

Tibetan Five

Lie facedown with your hands, palms down, resting by your chest. Lift into a push up, walk your feet forward and roll up on the balls of your feet. Your body makes an upside-down V. Stretch your arms and legs long.

Breathing in, glide your chest toward the floor with your body between your arms. Your legs are parallel along the ground and your chest is thrust forward.

Breathing out, reverse the movement into your beginning position.

Repeat twenty-one times, back and forth.
