Weight training is done to build bigger and stronger muscles. In a gym, with proper weight machines, you can easily isolate the muscles you are training and adjust the weight of the exercise. Since the day-after effect is an internal gauge, you don’t need an expert or gadgets to measure your muscle fitness. But the day-after effect may be more than just the burn you feel after doing too many push-ups. More importantly, it serves as a guide to how hard you can push your body.
